 - Meeting called to order at 3:38 p.m. by committee member Lana Mayfield

 
First agenda item: Radio Show

-          Dale Dodson is in charge of the Radio Show. Mrs. Godby and Mr. Dodson have decided to use the Radio show as an STLP project; three of those students are working on that.

-          The Radio show had to purchase a MP3 player and transmitter – they will get the show on the air next week

-          The PR committee will check the radio station weekly.

-          Monitoring needs to be done weekly

Second agenda item: On Hold

-          Monitoring needs to be done weekly.

-          The items are on the radio show should be connected to the MP3 by Dale Dodson and his crew.

Third agenda item: Homework Hotline

-          Phil reported to Lana that the Homework hotline was up and running smoothly.

-          Phil will call the hotline for this month.

Fourth agenda item: Home Webpage

-          Decided that we all need to check and keep up-to-date on the homepage.

-          Julie reviewed Teams and Students – there were two pictures missing on teams

-          Lana reviewed Teachers – good

-          Lena reviewed Parents – two links missing

-          Phil reviewed School Support – good

-          The problems with the homepage will be fixed by next week.

Fifth agenda item: Slides

-          The slides are up-to-date – Julie’s students are working on them.
