Proceedings:
 - Meeting called to order at 4:01 p.m. by committee member Lana Mayfield

 - Special Guest Mrs. Murphy visited to determine what our agenda looked like.
 
First agenda item: Radio Show

-          Dale Dodson is in charge of the Radio Show. He will choose students from his 6^th grade class to help him with this.

-          The PR committee will check the radio station weekly.

-          Monitoring will begin September 15^th.

Second agenda item: On Hold

-          Monitoring will begin September 15^th.

-           The items are on the radio show should be connected to the MP3 by Dale Dodson and his crew.

Third agenda item: Homework Hotline

-          Decided to check on it monthly

-          Phil will call the hotline for this month

-          After calling the hotline record the day called and the date of assignments to check for up-to-date information

Fourth agenda item: Home Webpage

-          Decided that we all need to check and keep up-to-date on the homepage.

-          Julie will review Teams and Students

-          Lana will review Teachers

-          Lena will review Parents

-          Phil will review School Support

Fifth agenda item: Slides

-          Make sure slides are up-to-date

-          Julie and her students have decided to update those every morning
