NMS Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP)

Implementation and Impact Report (I & I) Report

September 2006

Summary:

We are in the beginning stages of the 2 year plan.  Most activities are on-going, in the planning stages, or it is not the time of year for implementation.  There were several items identified that may need to be reconsidered at a later date due to the unavailability of the funding source (GEAR UP).  All staff members received an electronic and hard copy of the CSIP.  Team teachers reviewed the CSIP item by item during a Wednesday meeting on August 30, 2006.  The overall plan appears to be right on schedule.   We are off to a phenomenal start this school year.  There is a school-wide focus on student achievement at high levels.
