1.     Refine and maintain a focus on the ABC’s expectations by teaching and re-teaching throughout the school year using our powerpoint, signs, etc.

2.     Fully develop a matrix for expectations in common areas

3.     Develop a set of lesson plans for teaching the expectations

4.     Focus on systematic supervision

5.     Develop class change procedures

6.     Develop dismissal procedures

7.     Develop expectations for duty stations

8.     Teams will develop an plan for supervision

9.     Train all staff in Systematic Supervision; Provide them with a handbook for Supervision

10.                        Implement a mentoring “Connection Plus” program for our students

11.                        Refine and maintain our pyramids of interventions and other intervention strategies

12.                        Review “at-risk” students weekly in team meetings on Wednesday

13.                        Refer students to RTI team and/or AIMS class

14.                        Monitor discipline data monthly

15.                        Set a goal for improved student behavior as measured by a reduction in office referrals and suspensions
