(5 mentors – Advisory + Level II Mentor + 3 more)
This level is for the most intensive students. The “Power of Five” is critical for these students to be successful. They will be assigned 3 additional mentors who will be assisting the students, including at least one volunteer mentor from the community. Mentoring activities may include:

This level is for the targeted students who require a more intensive mentor. This is in addition to the advisor mentor. These students will have an assigned mentor based on student/mentor survey information. Mentor may include any NMS staff members and community members. Every Student, Every Day
 
All students will have a mentor through their advisory class. The teacher of that class will be the adult mentor for all the students in that class. Some examples of mentoring activities may include:
